A.I.D.E.N in Space Level 2 Gameplay Demo
My role: Level Designer, QA Tester
A.I.D.E.N in Space is a puzzle platformer game made in Unreal Engine modified from the Stack-O-Bot game.

This game was also made in a team and my contributions to this project was as a level designer with the level shown in the video.

This project taught me how the environmental tools in Unreal Engine worked as I used them to craft the level. The models themselves were not made by me, they were taken from the Unreal Engine asset store (Links to Asset Packs below) and then placed by me.

I also tested the level to ensure that the player would not be able to exploit the level or reach unintended places as well.
​
Level testing involved me running through the level and jumping/running into every part of the level and its props to check for things such as hitboxes on models, any potential gaps or exploits in the level and also to test whether the puzzle components of the level could be easily solved without 'cheesing' it.
​
I also tested the different level triggers to ensure that death boxes, switches were functional and did not break gameplay.
